Responsibilities

As Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of three key financial processes and the link with operations
PROCURE-TO-PAY: monitoring purchases and budgets - controlling timely assessments and payments - monitoring suppliers and being the point of contact for internal departments
ORDER-TO-CASH: monitoring the sales invoicing process - following up on pending customer payments
REPORTING: preparing financial and non-financial reports - collecting input from different teams - being the point of contact for management on KPIs
You coordinate the cooperation between the shared services and ensure day-to-day alignment between their processes
You identify bottlenecks in the operation and ensure improvement and follow-up

Requirements

You have a master's or bachelor's degree in an economic-financial or accountancy-tax field
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
You are analytical, proactive and problem-solving
You enjoy working in a team, where both managing employees and supporting colleagues give you energy
You have previous experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Teams, and Microsoft Business Central, or are willing to retrain at short notice
