As Project Manager, you are the lynchpin of the project. You challenge both internal and external project partners to achieve a maximally integrated project with the highest possible ambitions and quality. In doing so, you integrate important aspects around certifications, QS, Carbon management, standardization and digitalization (BIM).

Within the strategic outlines of the project you actively manage the design and execution team. You are responsible for the daily follow-up of the complex construction and real estate projects on which you work, manage your colleagues and act as an intermediary between the client, the internal and external project partners..

In terms of sustainability as well as budget, timing and quality, you realize the client's objectives while monitoring the productivity of your projects. The internal project team is led by the project director who assumes a coaching and managing role.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for following up on various construction projects in design and execution
Applying your expertise and sharing your knowledge
Commit to digitalization of projects
Taking on the role of BIM Manager
Organize and coordinate the study and execution team
Drawing up master, study and execution planning
Consult with all members of the project team
Control planning, budget and quality
Ensuring that project objectives are met
Presenting Bopro products to the client and implementing them in the project
Taking notes of meetings
Administrative management of the design- and implementation phase

Requirements

Degree in engineering or architecture (or equivalent through experience)
3 to 5 years relevant work experience in the real estate sector
Sense of responsibility to strive for sustainable projects
Entrepreneurship and strong analytical skills
Accuracy and experience with time-management
Able to organise your work autonomously
Strong communication skills and team player
Experience with digital tools to support design and construction processes (including BIM)
Experience with sustainability certification is an absolute plus
You preferably speak good Dutch, French and English
