Černý Most

Bopro, as a Licensed BREEAM Assessor, took care of the BREEAM In-Use assessment of the shopping Centre Černý Most.

Thanks to a good property management, a considerate approach to its users and building environment, the asset is reaching the highest goals in sustainability. Bopro took care of the BREEAM In-Use certification. The result was qualified as OUTSTANDING for the asset performance and Excellent for the building management part. To follow the BREEAM scheme is helping the client to monitor the water, waste and energy balance. It gives insight into the condition of materials and of the building itself. But BREEAM also includes proper maintenance. The aim is that Černý Most can serve as long as possible during its life cycle. Add to this the focus on health and wellbeing of the users, and this project becomes exceptionally successful.
