Argenta HQ

For this project, we did customer assistance and programmatic analysis for the Argenta headquarters at the site Belgiëlei in Antwerp. We assisted the client in the governance for the follow-up and the handover of the office building and its equipment and we gave advice in the development and realization of the building-bound fitout.

Argenta (end user) and Investar have worked together to a future, sustainable and future-oriented real estate strategy at the headquarters Argenta on the Belgiëlei in Antwerp with a total building area of ​​50,000 sqm. We - as an independent expert to assist these two institutions in their objectives - had as mission the realization of a study and vision for the real estate development of the site in the long term, not only for the redevelopment of the building but also for the maintenance of it over time. More specifically our tasks included the definition and implementation of the customer needs, the master plan "New way of working Argenta 2020" on site, the space planning for the different office buildings, the financial feasibility study and the framework of an agreement on sale, construction, rent and maintenance between the investor and the user.
