Ariane Tower

The owner of the Ariane Tower, Euro Ariane SAS, is carrying out a renovation program for the Ariane Tower, a distinctive office building in the business district of La Défense. This includes the complete renovation of the existing façade, the renovation of the tower hall and the creation of new services.

In its capacity as environmental consultant, Bopro assists the client in defining the environmental quality of the project.

We are also the Assessor within the scope of the BREEAM RFO sustainability certification (level “Very Good”).

For example, the glass shell of the entrance pavilion will be completely reused for a restaurant in the east of France. Construction and demolition waste recovery targets are 80% of the waste. The project has a very high waste recycling target.
