The dossier concerns the construction and maintenance of a school campus in Koekelberg. The project comprises a day nursery, a primary school, a secondary school, a sports hall sports hall, library and community centre.

Bopro guided and assisted the principal during the study and implementation period. When drawing up the tender dossier, Bopro screened and checked the dossiers of the engineering firms and was responsible for drawing up the tender dossier for the maintenance part.

The review of the bids and drawing up of the award report were also part of the task package.

During the implementation and guarantee period, Bopro supervised and assisted the client with everything relating to the maintenance component.
