Central 31

Central 31 is a monumental 15-floor building in the heart of Brussels for service and creative workspaces.

The client wanted to respond to current and future working methods: co-working, with flexible layouts that prioritise the human aspect. The renovation of this iconic building reinforced the already existing advantages: maximum daylight but also a breathtaking view of the capital of Europe.

For this project, Bopro was assigned as project manager, in which our role consisted of determining, following up and helping to realise the objectives with regard to the programme of requirements, timing and budget, the management of urban planning and environmental permits, to the creation of a specific financial table to have a monthly dashboard that meets investor requirements.
