Commerce 44

With its superb location in the administrative centre of Brussels and Europe, Alides plans to redevelop an office building located at 44 rue de Commerce into a strategic location with the same office function. The building will be named ‘Commerce 44’ and has an area of 3,909 sqm above ground and 255 sqm below ground.

The current building will be completely demolished down to the primary supporting structure and the facades will be completely renewed. As this state-of-the art project must meet the strictest standards in terms of sustainability, Alides is aiming for a BREEAM Excellent rating (> 70% score).
