Creative District

Charleroi Creative District is a portfolio of projects that is part of a territorial strategy established in the continuity of the efforts and investments made so far by the European Union, the Walloon Region, the City of Charleroi and the private sector. It is an integrated approach aimed at addressing the lack of attractiveness of the city of Charleroi and, in particular, of the city centre in order to restore this major urban centre to its role as the driving force behind the sustainable economic development of an entire region. We are particularly responsible for the financial management (quantity surveying and cost control) of the project.
