The Hôpital 2025 programme is a comprehensive investment programme for the renovation and reconstruction of Les Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, which began in 2017.

The project includes 3 buildings: the Integrated Psychiatry Institute (IPI), to be completed in March 2024, the King Albert 2 Institute (oncology), to be ready in 2025, and the renovation of the main building with the construction of a new hospital tower (planned for 2030).

For this project, we are working together with Amirato and Sweco under the THV A3. The THV's remit includes, on the one hand, coordinating and monitoring the various projects, financial and planning follow-up and consulting within the framework of the Hôpital 2025 Programme. On the other hand, we are responsible for various tasks of coordination and follow-up (financial and planning) of the different projects that form the Hôpital 2025 Programme.
