DEME Visitor's Pavilion

The dredging and green energy company DEME is going to invest millions of euros in its headquarters in Zwijndrecht. One of the eye-catchers is a new pavilion, where all kinds of things will be exhibited, such as cannonballs that Deme has excavated during dredging.

The building is part of the new master plan for the DEME Campus and will serve as a state-of-the art venue for DEME’s business meetings and client events.

The pavilion will only be open to receive students or foreign delegations, for example, or during Open Companies Day.

Bopro was responsible for the Project Management supporting the architect. This includes determining, following up and helping to realize the objectives of the project with regard to program of requirements and budget.
