Domino

D’Ieteren Immo, the real estate subsidiary of the similarly named group, invests in a new headquarters in Erps-Kwerps. The Domino project will transform the landscape and create a thriving hub for innovation and collaboration.

By pursuing a range of initiatives, such as CO₂ neutrality, renewable energy utilization, rainwater management, biodiversity enhancement, and circularity in material usage, they strive to create a truly eco-friendly and future-proof development.

The programme includes a brand new building of 6,029 sqm for D’Ieteren Automotive, an outdoor zone of 70,000 sqm integrating green zones and wadis, renovation works of offices and multifunctional spaces (4,800 sqm) for VW D’Ieteren Finance and after all a light renovation of the training center (1,000 sqm).

Bopro is responsible for the Project Management and Financial & Cost Management (quantity survey and cost control) for this ambitious project. This project aims for a BREEAM Outstanding rating.
