Office PwC

QRS decided to renew one of its assets in the city centre of Antwerp to attract PwC for a long-term lease of 5.500 m² of office space for the PwC homebase in Antwerp. During the reconstruction of the office volume, special attention was paid to the appearance and performance of the outer shell. This resulted in a BEN building with a fresh and legible architecture suitable for flexible and contemporary office use.

Bopro acted as Project Manager for the client QRS and ensured that the various construction partners worked well together, monitored the progress of the work and the quality of the execution and checked the evolution of the budget, the progress and the overall implementation schedule.

Bopro was also responsible for the communication with the future tenant PwC and the integration and coordination of its wishes (above-base equipment and fit-out) within the main project.
