Offices in the city centre

Bopro took care of the organization and supervision of the stakeholder process “Offices in Ghent”. When the City of Ghent, in collaboration with FGDG, was looking for answers and solutions to the question “How will the offices look like in Ghent in 2030?”, Bopro stepped forward and suggested the answer might be in all of us. Dialogue brings different perspectives together, interaction brings solutions to a higher level.

Thats why we came up with a series of workshops. Workshop sessions were held with a wide range of stakeholders. The aim was to develop an innovative and shared vision for offices in the downtown area. Throughout the process, the policies of the City of Ghent and its ambitions in the field of sustainability were taken into account.

The result is an extensive report, summarizing the shared vision and listing the policy recommendations. The text can function as an advice formulated by different stakeholders addressed to the city council and the various city departments.
