Park Lane, due to its location just outside the Brussels Pentagon on the Tour & Taxis site and the fact that you can both work and live there, is the reference project as a vibrant and inspiring city hub in the capital of Europe. Thanks to its car-free character and easy accessibility on foot, by bike and by public transport, this inspiring neighborhood is the perfect base for living in Brussels.

The green aspect is literally central in this emerging new neighborhood: in addition to the communal garden, you will find numerous flower beds, flowers, shrubs, plants, 2 lakes and beautiful avenues, surrounded by stylish buildings that are characteristic of both the Art Deco period and the modernist industrial era.

Bopro was responsible for project management and safety coordination. And, finally, provided customer support. In a first phase Bopro, as representative of the client, followed up the execution of the underground parking garage, which also serves as public parking at the Gare Maritime. Subsequently, the 4 residential units Admiral, Brooklyn, Central and Hampton were all built under the supervision of the project manager.
