Qbic Hotel

The QBIC project consisted of the renovation and expansion of a hotel in the heart of Brussels, near Avenue Louise. This former Sheraton Four Points Hotel has been extensively renovated to provide a warm and accessible environment. The new facility offers 20 additional rooms, as well as meeting rooms, a gym and a cinema.

Special attention during the renovation works was given to fire safety and urban planning regulations to obtain an optimal new layout.Moreover, there was a very tight timing for the works in order to keep the period between the closing of the old hotel and the opening of the new hotel to a minimum.

For this renovation and expansion project, Bopro was responsible for the project management, construction management and safety coordination.
