The assignment consisted of assisting the future user/operator in defining the Project definition and the Programme of Requirements, drawing up a room-by-room with technical data sheet for each room, supervising and communicating during the design and realisation process, monitoring and controlling quality and conformity with PVE and applicable standards, and following up costs and planning.
